In order to provide the best possible care to our patients, we request that you please give our office at least 48 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or scheduled surgery. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2pm on Friday. By doing so you will allow another patient access to that appointment or surgical time.
In the event that 48 hours are not provided, you will be charged 50% of the applicable consultation or surgical fee.
